Blackwater Tyre Services Limited t/a Rathcormac Tyres is a long and well established, tyre wholesaler in Ireland. The company is privately owned by Patrick and Mary Whelan and operates out of its premises in Rathcormac County Cork.
Rathcormac Tyres commenced trading over 35 years ago when Mr Patrick Whelan first started working in the tyre business. It grew significantly and Patrick and Mary Whelan incorporated the business as Blackwater Tyre Services Limited in 1999. the trade name under which the legally registered Irish company Blackwater Tyre Services Limited trades.
Operates from it’s specially designed Distribution centre in Rathcormac, a village just outside the City of Cork and just off the main Dublin -Cork Motorway. The site comprises a separate office building, purpose built warehouses for storage of tyres consisting of some 30,000sq ft, and a fully modernized retail fitting centre.
